Google may receive usage data such as page views, browser/device details, approximate location, and referrer information. Outside analytics and the optional SMS opt-in form, no personal data is collected directly through this website.

How We Use Your Information

If you enable SMS alerts, we will send operational text messages to your phone number. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to use this website, access non-SMS tools, create an account, complete a purchase, or complete any transaction.

Phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver Clawdbot SMS alerts — system notifications, status updates, and operational messages. We do not use your number for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than the alerts you opted in to receive.

Website analytics are used to maintain and improve Quarterbridge Farm pages and related subdomains, including tools such as BirdNET dashboards. They are not used to send SMS messages or determine SMS eligibility.

Message frequency varies, usually 0-5 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share your phone number only with service providers needed to operate the SMS alert service. Your phone number is transmitted through Twilio, our SMS provider, solely for message delivery.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number only as long as you remain opted in to SMS alerts. When you opt out (by replying STOP), your number is removed from our active messaging list.

You can stop receiving SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Phone numbers are stored securely and access is limited to the farm owner and the automated Clawdbot system.
